Edmonton, Alberta – Police are seeking witnesses after an 86-year-old male died following a Friday afternoon collision in the area of 127 Street and 135 Avenue. Around 2 p.m., May 24, 2013, a black 2006 Jeep Cherokee being driven by a 21-year-old male collided in the intersection with a dark red 2002 Buick Century being driven by the male victim.

Edmonton Man Facing Numerous Charges in Relation to Patio Fatality
Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service has charged an Edmonton man with numerous impaired driving-related charges in connection with yesterday’s collision and subsequent fatality that occurred on the patio of a Southwest Edmonton restaurant. Richard Suter, 62, has been charged with one count each of impaired operation causing death and refuse demand (breath sample) causing death and two counts of impaired operation causing bodily harm.
